NOTES FOR PARADE APPLICANTS

NEW THIS YEAR - ONLINE FORMS & REGISTRATION*

We?ve streamlined the process to make it easier for parade applicants to submit their application, media form and payment online. *Credit card payment is required to complete online registration. If you need to pay with cash or check, you may still use our online system to save your unit information; however ALL PAYMENTS must be received on or before the deadlines for inclusion and for any early bird discounts.

To register your unit, you must first select ADD ATTENDEE.
This will open the list of available choices.


PRICING
Regular Pricing:
Marching $50
Car/Truck $200
Creative Float $150
Vehicle Club $200 (Additional charge per vehicle with a limit of 10 vehicles per club.  Each Motorized vehicle is $25, and each non-motorized vehicle is $10)
Leased Float $500 (Quantities are limited - Contact the Chamber Office for additional information on float selection)

DISCOUNTS
*Early Bird Discounts of $50 off marching units, vehicles & creative floats will automatically be applied on all applications received before midnight on October 11th. Payment MUST BE received by the deadline as well to qualify for discount.
*Non-profit Discount of $50 off creative floats may be applied at any time for qualified organizations (schools, clubs & charity organizations). Promo Code: REINDEER (click apply after you input code)


EXTRAS
*Extended Trailer Fee: Creative floats with trailers longer than 20 feet must select ADDITIONAL ITEM to pay for the extended trailer fee. Extended trailers not properly disclosed will be required to pay the Extended Trailer Fee PLUS a $50 penalty on parade day or may be asked to leave. This fee is a result of limited space capacity & the need to plan for additional accommodations.

Additional Vehicle Fee: Vehicle clubs must select ADDITIONAL ITEM to pay for additional vehicles (max 10) in their unit. If more than 10 vehicles are desired, the unit must be broken into multiple units with additional vehicles.
