A Taste of Health - Start your new year off right by joining us for a full menu of exercise opportunities offered by Houston Healthcare that assist you in reaching your health goals. Wear comfortable shoes and clothes as this will be an interactive program. The following health screenings will be offered at no charge: blood pressure, glucose, and bone density. Cholesterol screening - must be fasting - will be $20. Lunch will be provided for those who pre-register. Call 923-9771 to pre-register.
