Explore the art of cooking during our Culinary Camp this summer! Hosted in Helms College’s culinary labs, high school students are invited to learn to cook with Helms Continuing Education. Our Culinary Camp will be offered in both Augusta and Macon Wednesday, July 11 from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. Students will learn to prepare and will enjoy a 3-course menu: -First Course: Summer Baby Greens with Goat Cheese, Almonds and Peach Vinaigrette -Entrée: Roasted Garlic and Herb Chicken, Pan Gravy, Mashed Potatoes and Haricot Verts Provençale -Dessert: Chocolate Mousse Cups with Raspberries The Helms College Augusta Campus location is 3145 Washington Road and the Helms College Macon Campus location is 5171 Eisenhower Parkway. $55 per person.
