COURSE ONE: WILD MUSHROOM AND FONTINA TART, a delicate warm tart served with a creamy roasted red pepper sauce COURSE TWO: DUCK CONFIT SALAD, fresh local salad greens, sliced apples, goat cheese and candied almonds, tossed in apple vinaigrette COURSE THREE: (Choice of One) TROUT PARMESAN, trout encrusted in parmesan, with an orange hollandaise, garlic truffle mashed potato, asparagus or GARLIC ROASTED RACK OF LAMB, roasted rack of lamb with a red wine demi glace, garlic truffle mashed potato, asparagus DESSERT: KEY LIME PIE, fresh key lime pie topped with mering $69 per person.
