Event Description:
6 course fine dinning dinner with wine paring. Each course of cuisine will be exclusively paired with a different wine to complement the flavor and balance the dish.
We will also feature an art display from the Fine Arts Society and live piano music.
6:00 PM - Registration
6:00 PM - Pre-Function Pass hors d'oeuvres
Appetizers:
-Peach wood smoked GA shrimp over polenta with Thomasville Tom, roasted heirloom tomato and pickled corn relish.
-Grilled brandied eel, bacon and raisin compote charred red onion.
6:45 PM - Grand Ball Room Introductions
Salad:
-Frisse and muscadine, candied pecan wafer, blue cheese, pear vinaigrette.
Soup:
-Butternut squash soup with smoked pumpkin seeds, GA olive oil, and sorghum crustini.
Amuse-bouche:
-Cranberry mousse.
Entree:
-Smoked bison tenderloin, pomegranate reduction, barley risotto and carrots.
Dessert:
-Corn ice cream with cardamom pumpkin cookie (tuile).
