We are proud to announce our 5th Annual Charity Golf Scramble, on August 19th 2016, at 9:00 am on the luscious greens of Southern Hills Golf Club in Hawkinsville, Ga. Check in is at 8:00 am, shotgun play at 9:00 am, followed by lunch at noon, raffle drawings will be happening all morning and items will be up for silent auction. Participation fees are $100.00 Per Player or $ 400.00 Per Team of 4 ? Cost includes green fees, cart fees, range balls, lunch, snacks, drinks & prizes. Mulligans available for purchase and a $10,000 hole in one prize! Proceeds from the tournament will be used to maintain the clinic?s operation and meet overhead expenses. With your help we are confident to meet our primary goal for 2016-2017, which is to continue to provide superior dental care and spiritual guidance for the underprivileged in our communities. The dental care services are provided by the generous help of dentists, dental hygienists, dental assistants and counselors who volunteer their spare time to provide oral health care and spiritual counseling for the uninsured and underprivileged population in Houston, Peach, Crawford, and Taylor counties.
