Describe the specialty items that you would like to provide for our event. Please feel free to provide a variety of options from which we may choose. For example, our proposal may be that you are willing to provide: Option 1 - a carving station with all the trimmings; Option 2 - whole smoked salmon & roasted asparagus spears; or Option 3 - Seafood taco bar with all the trimmings Once we have received all of the proposals, we will work with our food partners to develop a comprehensive event menu.
