The objectives of the WR Civitan are primarily building good citizenship. Other important objectives are ptojects targeted to help the mentally and physically handicapped, teaching youth the responsibilitiies of citizenship, the loyal support of our government in peace and in war, the curbing of crime, conservation of natural resources and promotion of national and international goodwill.
