    North Central Health District is one of 18 public health districts in Georgia. Houston County Board of Health serves as our lead county in the 13-county health district in Central Georgia. NCHD is dedicated to preventing disease, promoting health, and protecting Central Georgia communities against health threats through education, service, advocacy, and collaboration.
