Speir Heating and Air is a family owned and operated business with four generations having been actively involved. Herbert and Mary Speir started the business in Griffin, GA in 1946. They moved their family and the business to Warner Robins, GA in 1953.

Herbert’s son Rickie began working with his dad at an early age. For many years Herbert took care of the service calls and Rickie managed system installations. Both Rickie’s sons Rick and Slade, also began working in the business at early ages.

In 2017, Rickie retired and Rick became the owner and CEO, a position he holds today. Rick has had all three of his sons, Samuel, Micah, and Timothy work alongside him, creating the fourth generation of Speir's in the business.

Today, Rick is the new owner and Director of Operations. Thanks to Herbert’s and Rickie’s leadership and vision the company motto of "It Just Makes Cents” is going strong.
